You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Subscription Plans:
- Monthly and annual subscription options available
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Payments processed securely via Stripe
Cancellation:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
Price Changes:
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to renewals only.
When you share predictions, tips, or other content on our platform:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a license to display and distribute your content
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines
Prohibited Content:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading information
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
- Spam or promotional content
- Copyrighted material without permission
All content, features, and functionality of Outstrider (including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and AI predictions) are owned by Outstrider and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Important Disclaimer:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or racing data
- We are not responsible for any financial losses from betting
- Past performance does not indicate future results
- AI predictions are probabilistic, not deterministic
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outstrider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We encourage responsible gambling practices. Please remember:
- Never bet more than you can afford to lose
- Gambling should be for entertainment, not a source of income
- Set limits on your betting activities
- Take breaks and don't chase losses

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
